Receptionist / Office Administrator

We are excited to add an experienced Receptionist to our growing team. In this role, we are seeking a passionate and driven professional to act as a DevaCurl ambassador and be a liaison between the employees and guests that visit our office.

What you’ll do: 

  • Support all front entry activity and visitors as the first face of DevaCurl that guests see when they arrive.
  • Greet and direct all visitors with enthusiasm, professionalism and courtesy ensuring they sign in via the Envoy system and complete our NDA.
  • Direct guests and clients to the waiting area and provides snack or beverage experience when possible and appropriate. 
  • Assist Facilities Manager with managing the HQ offices by but not limited to signing for and alerting employees about deliveries, restocking snacks and beverages, creating shipping labels and dropping off packages, mid-day loading and running of dishwashers, tracking and stocking supplies, support internal employee events, troubleshooting conference room conflicts, etc. 
  • Assist with general office supplies inventory by checking stock, determining inventory levels, anticipating needs and communicating needs to the Facilities Manager for purchase Assists with the setup of meetings and events including catered breakfast & lunch deliveries.
  • Assisting the Admin team with team travel bookings and misc tasks as well as provide general administrative support to staff as needed.
  • Establish a strong rapport with employees, vendors and contractors. 
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, following all safety and security protocols.
  • Keep reception area, reception desk and all related areas neat and orderly.
